I've taken on coordinating the North Circle Food Hub, which is an amazing project of the Women's Environmental Institute. It is an online farmers market where you can order produce, etc. from local growers (mainly growing in Chisago and Isanti Counties) who have committed to growing using organic methods, or are certified organic growers. It is such a convenient way to get great food! I've been using it to supplement our CSA with flour, chicken, pork, mushrooms, bouquets of flowers, etc. You can even get For the Love of Dandelions herbs and soap and Branch Landscape Nursery trees! 😉

This is my order last week - minus the chicken (turns out that raw chicken isn't particularly photogenic, unfortunately).

Check it out if you can make it to one of the Friday pickup locations in North Branch, Cambridge, Isanti, Wyoming, Center City and Taylors Falls.
